A CashU Account is for safe internet purchases, and very similar to a traditional Debit Card, yet much more secure. It’s Safe: CashU is a safer way to make payments on merchant websites where you’re unwilling to divulge your credit card information. When you make a payment with CashU, your credit card details are not revealed.
Access: Most of CashU’s merchant websites provide a unique bouquet of services centered around the Arab online world. Most of them cannot process MasterCard/Visa cards. In order to access these merchants, you need to go via CashU!
Send money: You can send money to anyone with an email address from your CashU Account.

CashU offers you the following two options:
A free CashU Payment Account: With the Payment Account, you are able to instantly add funds to it in order to purchases from all our CashU merchants, instantly transfer money to any user with an email address, view online statements and withdraw money from your CashU account.
A CashU Black Debit Card Account: This account has all the CashU Payment Account features but with soon to be released added functionality!
>>Why have I not received my activation code yet?
The activation code may have not reached your inbox for two possible reasons:
1- When you registered in CashU you have entered an invalid email address.
2- The email containing your activation code has been intercepted by your spam filter. Check your Spam folder in your Inbox to see if the activation mail has ended up there.
>>How is my purchase protected?
Everyone paying with CashU is protected from merchants who do not deliver. Depending on what you have purchased your money will be kept safe for a period between 2 and 30 days before it is released to the merchant.
If the merchant does not deliver what you have purchased you should contact info@CashU.com and inform us about your problem.
It is your responsibility to resolve the issue with the merchant but CashU will not release the money to the merchant until it is resolved.
Never pay a merchant using CashU Transfer since a Transfer payment is not protected!
