1. How could I redeem the OgPoint?
During the checkout process, there will be a box named “Redeem Points” (NOT coupon code box) to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points.
Tips:
a. The Redeem Points blank is visible only after you logon your account and your points are activated to use.
b. When you redeem the points, remember No comma or dot in the box. For example, you want to redeem 5000 points, just write 5000, but not 5,000 or 5000.00. Be aware!
Once you confirm your order, your OgPoints account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.
Note: Any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other then points.
Points spent needs to meet the “Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order”
2. Why can’t I get point?
Only by paying using real life money then you could you get OgPoint.
If you choose charge back request, the OgPoint that you get from this deal will be drawn back.
- The items that are under promotion cannot guarantee any OgPoint.
3. Minimum Points Required
Currently, 3000 points minimum balance is required to redeem your points.
Your OgPoint balance will be available 15 days after your first purchase if you use Moneybookers verified PayPal account, it will be available 40 days after your purchase if your PayPal account is unverified.

5. Condition of Use
Shopping Points are only available to registered OgPal online Store members, members should keep the account, password safe, and be responsible to any loss caused by loss of account information. Please refer to “member” section in OgPal terms and conditions.
- Points are non-refundable and can’t be transferred between members.
- Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
When calculating the amount of points earned. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded (unless other. see referred FAQ for more details).
