How to register a moneybookers account?
Step 1: login the offical website : http://www.moneybookers.com/
. On the homepage , you can see 10 national flags , which stead for 10 languages , just select one that you are familiar with .(we just use the english page to introduce all the information)
Step 2: Press the “Register” and you can create a Moneybookers Account now . In this page,you are requested to write down your e-mail , Password and select the account type,Country of residence,Currency and Preferred language.Write down the Turing number and press ‘next’ ,you will turn to the “Email verification” page. Login the e-mail account you used to register, and you will receive a mail with the subject “Email verification for your Moneybookers account” . Just do as the request you will finish the register process at last.
Step3.:After you have finished the step 2, you can login your moneybookers account now.
How to activate the moneybookers account ?
If you don’t activate your moneybooker account,Your outgoing transaction is limited.There are three options to activate your account:
Option 1: Identity verification by credit/debit card upload!
* Duration: instantly
* Outgoing transaction limit/in any 90 day period increase: 1500 EUR
Make an instant credit/debit card deposit of a random amount between EUR 1.01 and EUR 2.99 to instantly increase your limit. For security reasons we will, however, not add this amount to your account balance until you have verified your payment card for future deposits to your Moneybookers account by checking your card statement for the exact transaction amount and entering it into the ‘verify credit/debit card’ section of your Moneybookers profile.
Option 2: Identity verification by verifying your bank account!
* Duration: 2-3 days
* Outgoing transaction limit/in any 90 day period increase: 2500 EUR
Simply upload funds to your Moneybookers account from a bank account held in your name and we will credit this amount to your user balance and increase your transaction limits. You can transfer any amount of your choice (Recommended minimum: EUR 5).Option 3: Identity verification by address verification!
* Duration: 2-5 days
* Outgoing transaction limit/in any 90 day period increase: 2500 EUR
A verification letter will be sent to the address registered on your account. This letter will contain a verification code which you will have to enter back at our site. Note: Your customer ID is NOT your verification code.
How to send money by moneybookers?
Before sending money, please ensure you have added your bank account or credit card to your moneybookers.There are two steps below for sending money:
Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via bank transfer:
Go to: ‘My Account’ > ‘Upload Funds’ > choose bank transfer as a payment method > enter the amount to be uploaded > You will be provided with a transaction ID and bank details.
Now, you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the transaction ID OR your login email in the reference field.
Step 2: As soon as the funds are credited to your Moneybookers account, you can go ahead and send payments to anyone with an email address by following the instructions given under the ‘Send money’ tab.
How to receive money by moneybookers ?
Simply, provide the payer with your email address and he can send you payments via Moneybookers. Anytime someone sends you money using Moneybookers, the funds will be instantly credited to your account balance. You can request that someone send you money by going to the ‘Request Money’ tab and follow the instructions.
