When do I get charged?

During the collection time the price has changed, how will OgPal.com responsible for this?

What if during pick-up time OgPal.com has no stocks?
We will definitely reserve your purchase and the stocks will be prioritized to those who made pre-order payment. If there is ever a case where OgPal.com stocks are depleted, we will inform you prior to the deadline.

I have lost my pre-order information, what should I do?
You just need to track the order from our site. Click the tab on the top “Track Order”, then on the box you need to input the transaction ID.

How would it affect my Affiliate profit & OgPoints?
Affiliate profit & OgPoints will be recorded at your final process of the purchase, which is based on the price of the collection day.
