If we can’t deliver the gold to you within 48 hours, we’ll send you 3% more gold for compensation.
If we can’t deliver the gold to you within 4 days, we’ll make 5% compensation. If it’s a preorder, we’ll send you 3% more gold if we can’t deliver within 3 days, 5% if 5 days.
However we will not make any compensation if:
a) You failed to provide us the accurate delivery information including but not limited to: game, server, character name etc.
b) For some reason, we may ask you to provide your telephone number, or to confirm the order with you.
c) Any special situation OGPal see fit.
