OgPal’s exchange rates are constantly fluctuating with the market. Since there are so many factors(e.g. game updates or Holidays) that go into determining rates, it is impossible to predict when or how the rates will change. If you are unsatisfied with the rates, you may want to hold out until the prices change to a more favorable level. Of course, keep in mind that there are no guarantees the rates will improve.
